The FreedomAlert features a 2-way voice pendant that provides a means to communicate in an emergency situation.  No matter where the base unit is located, communication is always available.

The FreedomAlert can dial up to 4 programmable phone numbers to friends, family, or neighbors as well as 911. A Li-ion battery provides several hours of talk time and up to several months of standby time. Two rechargeable pendant batteries are included with FreedomAlert, one is in the water resistant pendant and one is charging in the base.

The FreedomAlert provides voice prompts during setup, battery test and a full system test. Simply plug in the phone cord, power adapter, program the phone numbers from a touchtone phone and FreedomAlert is ready to give peace of mind.

FreedomAlert can be set to operate in three different ways.
 1. Call up to 4 individual phone numbers.
 2. Call up to 4 individual phone numbers and 911
 3. Call just 911 emergency operator.

Options 1 and 2 call the first phone number programmed and if there is no answer within a few rings goes to the next phone number programmed. If option 2 is used and no one answers the system calls the local 911 emergency service. Very simple to set-up. Just plug in phone cord, power adapter, and simply program contact number using your touch-tone phone. It's that easy!

The pendant can be carried in 3 convenient methods:
  1. Using a Lanyard around the neck
  2. Using a Belt Clip
  3. Using a Wrist Strap holder.
All three are included with the package!

The system comes complete with standby emergency battery power. The base station has 4 rechargeable batteries that continually charge to provide up to 24 hours of standby power in the event of a power outage. The Pendant comes with two rechargeable Li-ion batteries that can provide several hours of talk time on a full charge - and several months in stand-by. One charges in the base station while the other is being used. Simply swap the batteries around every few months. Press the battery test button on the back of the pendant to hear audible announcements - "battery is OK, battery is low, or replace battery now". No guessing on battery status.

Multiple Pendants can be used with one base station! The FreedomAlert can operate many pendants using only one base station - Ideal for Husband and Wife or for assisted living communities. You can use up to 16 pendants on one base station. 

Pendant is Water Resistant - allows you to summon help even if you are in the bath or shower where many accidents tend to happen.
